Long time supporter of reparations for slavery, Mike Henry, Jamaica’s Minister of Transport and Works, got an apology from the Oxford University Press about their definition of Maroon. I suppose it’s not very surprising that a British dictionary would “forget” to mention that the Maroons defeated the British twice ! Go deh, Mike !
