My answer: is Number 2 : Not enuff money paid in right quarters barrier. DING DING DING DING!!! :-) As for Lisa...well...all I can say is that I'm looking forward to Lisa's "Dutty Gyal" speech to her constituents ;-o Now, what do we call this :-
